Mr. Sundvik is an East Cobb native, graduating from Lassiter High in 1993.  Eager to join the Georgia workforce and create a name for himself he immediately began his life long journey of redeveloping the sales experience.  Brian is known for being highly motivated, immensely attentive to detail, possessing a level head, making clear precise decisions, and willing to gain life long relationships over the quick buck.  These character traits have stood the test of time with more than 20 years of sales experience.

    Mr. Sundvik began viewing his sales positions as more of a consultant and less of a “sales” person back in the early 90’s.  He noticed this put his clients at ease allowing them to think clear and make their best purchase decision, resulting in a wonderful sales experience and life long customers. This level of superior customer service and sales experience began in the marine and cellular phone industries.  Both organizations Mr. Sundvik worked with provided industry leading products requiring leading sales professionals.  Here Brian began the process of training others to merge his consulting ideology with the goals of the organization. 

    Brian has been a real estate professional since 2003.  Before opening Square Properties, Inc. in November 2006 he learned from some of the leading agents in the metro Atlanta area.  Brian started out as a buyers’ agent for a small team in a large franchise firm.  Here he took his attention to detail and stress-free customer service to new heights.  Mr. Sundvik’s way of doing business did not go unnoticed.  A prominent team recruited him to assist in their rapidly growing business.  Taking all the knowledge learned from these teams Brian then moved to a smaller firm that allowed him to conduct business on his own terms without outside influences.  Combining a superior level of customer service, prior sales experiences, 28 years of area knowledge, an incredible referral network, and a desire to mold the real estate experience around clients needs spawned Square Properties, Inc.
