Patricia moved to the Atlanta area in 1980 with her family and instantly knew she had found the place to call home.  She graduated from Lassiter High School in East Cobb County and then set her sights on KSU.  Ms. Sundvik earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Communications from Kennesaw State University.

    As a recent college grad Patricia decided to get a taste of corporate management.  While paying her dues, many skills were obtained.  Ms. Sundvik learned how to motivate those around her to further the organization’s goals.  She believes in leading by example and never asking of those around her something she is not willing to do herself.  Managing in the metro Atlanta market provided the perfect platform for Ms. Sundvik to refine her philosophies on a diverse workforce while enhancing her techniques and creating a style that appeals to a broad market. 

    After years in management, she realized her passion lies not in managing workers but in helping people on a personal level to achieve a common goal.  After much soul searching Patricia left the corporate environment and entered the real estate industry.  In 2003 Ms. Sundvik started her career in real estate and realized very quickly that this career is her calling.  Working with buyers and sellers gives Ms. Sundvik the one on one relationships and the open structure allowing for a customer service experience that was unobtainable within the corporate realm. 

    Patricia became a registered appraiser in 2003.  The appraiser side of real estate gives her the opportunity to put her analytical skills to use.  While Ms. Sundvik loves providing one on one relationship based services towards transactions appraising allows her to utilize amazing analytical skills that she has obtained throughout the years.
